Audi Progressive Retail: A new customer experience now available in our Audi Showrooms by Losch Retail in Luxembourg
Audi is introducing a new showroom concept: Audi Progressive Retail, a fully redesigned approach that places the customer’s experience at the centre of every visit. First launched at a pilot site in São Paulo, this concept is now being rolled out internationally — and we are proud to confirm that our four Audi dealerships in Luxembourg have already adopted this new standard.
Audi Progressive Retail completely rethinks customer reception and vehicle presentation:
• An open space without traditional counter, replaced by a large welcoming table
• Consultation areas integrated directly into the showroom, featuring a refined layout and a carefully designed lighting atmosphere
• Interactive digital elements, allowing customers to explore the Audi ecosystem, connected services, and the brand’s various technologies
The goal: to provide a modern, elegant environment centered on customer needs, while making Audi’s focus on design, digitalisation, and sustainability tangible.
A key component of this concept is the role of the “Audi Hosts”, who offer customers expanded expertise, particularly regarding electromobility. Their mission is to ensure personalised support and provide a clear understanding of Audi technologies and their benefits.
